Effective fabrication into large panels is rapidly accomplished using proven sealing methods, which include: fusion bonding, hot blade, hot air and dielectric high frequency sealing create superior bonded seams which resist mechanical and chemical forces. Our customers typically fabricate the i2M geomembrane off-site, which results in cost-effective, fully homogeneous seams. Due to their inherent flexibility, our membranes conform to irregular substrates without stress-related thin-out relating to crystalline polymer cold flow, and are not susceptible to brittle fracture at a later date. Should it ever become necessary, seam repairs are easily accomplished without specialized equipment.
